The Access Services Testing Center Support Position helps prepare tests and testing materials for all undergraduate students needing to take tests in an alternative setting.

Salary: $20.00/hr

Primary duties are:

• Prep tests
  • Fill out testing envelopes
  • Print/ receive tests
  • Put tests in envelopes
• Check Lockboxes for finished tests
• Take tests out of envelopes/put in pickup location
• Get tests ready for professors to pick up
• Email professors to let them know tests are ready to pickup
• Give tests to professors when they come to pickup
• Scan tests in/out for professors

When students are testing

• Log in to DSS Notetaking Computer
• Pull up student test with Google Read and Write
• Test Microphone/Headphones
• Set up testing locations with any support materials needed 
• Supervise cameras
• Watch for academic misconduct
• Managing testing spreadsheets

Bachelors Degree required, previous experience working in a testing center or education setting preferred.
